I attended Costa meds osteopath clinic recently and would highly recommend this clinic. I had an injury to my knee and waited 2 months before I had it seen too which I would not recommend to anyone. Within 3 weeks of attending Russell in the clinic I am able to return to my normal living tasks. What I would say if you need to attend this clinic book it straight away and don’t leave it for the duration of the time I did. Thank you for giving me back my quality of life.
