My husband has had a problem with his back since his teens and, despite many visits to Doctors and physios in the UK over the years has never found out the cause or a way to relieve the problem when it flares up. After another episode a couple of weeks ago whilst we were in Spain that saw him struggling to walk, a friend recommended Russell, who managed to see him the same day he called and immediately identified the problem(s). After 3 treatment sessions in a week his symptoms were dramatically reduced, enabling him to enjoy a planned trip to Southern Spain that would otherwise have been ruined. My husband has been amazed by the results of the holistic treatment and advice given by Russell, who also identifed he has a small hernia, which is the cause of separate pain he gets in his hip. He just wishes he'd seen an Osteopath years ago! So, would highly recommend Russell if you have one off or ongoing issues as the service and treatment has been first class and life changing.

5 ⭐ as there’s not 10 to give these guys at Costa Med Osteopaths. Sonja has quite literally changed my life. 18 years of back pain and many times it’s quite chronic. I’ve had 4 sessions and I’m astonished to say the least, I can sleep through the night without waking in pain. Walk around and go about my day to day chores. I’d tried chiropractors before but it just didn’t work for me, Sonja is another level and explains everything so you understand what’s happening in your body. Having had 4 sessions with Russell over the past 3 weeks has been very successful indeed. I was experiencing poor movement and in pain pretty much all the time, struggling to sleep well etc. I can say I have got all the movement back in my neck and shoulders and am pain free.
