I came to Osteopaths Clinic Villamartin with a heel spur that had been present for quite some time. I had already tried various therapies, but nothing really helped. At Russell's Villamartin Osteopaths Clinic, I received six professional treatments with shockwave therapy, and this has truly helped. I can walk without pain again, and of course, the muscles need to strengthen, but the feeling of being pain-free is really wonderful. I can highly recommend Russell's practice. I have always had daily back pain since being very young. I visited Russell over a year ago with a chronic shoulder blade pain which I had suffered with for around 2 years. It was keeping me awake every night and I was just being prescribed tablets by the doctors and exercises to do. Nothing worked. I had sessions with him over a short period of time and now I am pain free. This pain has not returned. I then revisited Russell recently with lower back pain and weakness and after my first session I felt instant relief. After a few more sessions on my lower back I now do not suffer with any daily back pain. He also worked on my husbands Tennis elbow and has worked wonders.

My husband has had a problem with his back since his teens and, despite many visits to Doctors and physios in the UK over the years has never found out the cause or a way to relieve the problem when it flares up. After another episode a couple of weeks ago whilst we were in Spain that saw him struggling to walk, a friend recommended Russell, who managed to see him the same day he called and immediately identified the problem(s). After 3 treatment sessions in a week his symptoms were dramatically reduced, enabling him to enjoy a planned trip to Southern Spain that would otherwise have been ruined. My husband has been amazed by the results of the holistic treatment and advice given by Russell, who also identifed he has a small hernia, which is the cause of separate pain he gets in his hip. He just wishes he'd seen an Osteopath years ago! So, would highly recommend Russell if you have one off or ongoing issues as the service and treatment has been first class and life changing.
